Laab is a great minced pork (or other protein) dish in Thailand. This one is a northern Thai style. I grew up in Chiang Mai and this recipe is a tribute to my childhood. It’s so good and easy to make (I think the hardest part is to get all the ingredients..but with online markets, this is not the case anymore) and the result always comes out well.
