Craig Koketsu is Chef & Partner of Quality Branded. Upon graduating from U.C. Berkeley, Craig averted a career in law when he started cooking in the kitchen of Stars with Jeremiah Tower, and later Joyce Goldstein. After relocating to New York City, he worked at Lespinasse under Gray Kunz and ultimately as Chef de Cuisine under Christian Delouvrier. Craig has been instrumental in the development of Quality Branded’s portfolio which includes Quality Bistro, Quality Meats, Quality Italian, Quality Eats, Park Avenue (Autumn, Summer, Winter, Spring), Smith & Wollensky, and Maloney & Porcelli.
